Important information – Membership termination
*** Membership termination is handled in accordance with Section 3:359 of the Hungarian Civil Code [Withdrawal of a member], under which the member must notify the Board of Directors of their intention to withdraw in writing ([email protected]). Following notification of the intention to withdraw, membership terminates within three months. When a member withdraws from euDiákok Student Cooperative, wages are paid in the month following the work performed, once all documents confirming the work have been received. If the withdrawing member has not performed any work up to the payment date in the month of payment and has no outstanding debt towards the Cooperative, the membership terminates.
