Romanian-speaking operator

Pay
Gross HUF 2,350/hour

Required hours
20-30 hours of work per week
Tasks
- Providing telephone assistance to our customers in Romanian.
- Registering customers’ claims related to travel insurance and resolving their issues, including arranging medical care in the event of an accident or illness, and handling baggage damage, flight delay and flight cancellation claims.
- Completing the administrative tasks related to the claims being handled.

Working hours
Monday to Sunday between 6:30 and 23:00, in 4-, 6- or 8-hour shifts. As the company is available to customers 24/7, it is important that you can undertake: one weekday morning shift per week, 2–3 weekend days per month, and at least 3 night shifts per month.
Requirements
- Active or passive daytime student status (up to the age of 25).
- Active English language skills at a communicative level (at least B2).
- Active Romanian language skills at C1 level.
- Good communication skills, resourcefulness, helpfulness and a customer- or guest-oriented attitude.
- Availability for at least 90–95 hours per month, or 100–120 hours during the summer!
- Previous work experience in a similar field, or experience gained in hospitality or sales positions, is an advantage.
- Active English language skills at a communicative level (at least B2).
- Active Romanian language skills at C1 level.
- Good communication skills, resourcefulness, helpfulness and a customer- or guest-oriented attitude.
- Availability for at least 90–95 hours per month, or 100–120 hours during the summer!
- Previous work experience in a similar field, or experience gained in hospitality or sales positions, is an advantage.

- Up to 50% home working or fully remote work!
In the case of fully remote work, your place of residence may not be more than 250 km from the office!

Based on performance, the pay can be up to gross HUF 2,450–2,550/hour.
+ shift allowances (+30% between 18:00 and 06:00, +100% on public holidays).
