Base wage: HUF 2,200/hour

Required hours
20-30 hours of work per week
Tasks
- Providing telephone assistance to our clients.
- Recording clients’ reported claims and resolving their problems, whether this involves arranging roadside assistance, managing replacement car insurance, organising accommodation or a service provider, or handling other emergencies.
- Supporting our customer service colleagues who provide telephone assistance by processing back-office tasks in Hungarian, English and Serbian/Croatian/Slovenian.
- Maintaining telephone and email contact with our foreign partners.

From a May start until the end of September
Requirements
- Active full-time student status (or passive status if the student is under 25)
- Reliability
- Active, communicative-level (at least B2) knowledge of Serbian/Croatian/Slovenian/Bosnian/Montenegrin/Bulgarian/Macedonian
- English language skills are not required but are an advantage
- Good communication skills, resourcefulness, helpfulness and a customer- or guest-oriented attitude
- Previous work experience in a similar field, or experience gained in hospitality or sales positions, is an advantage
- Reliability
- Active, communicative-level (at least B2) knowledge of Serbian/Croatian/Slovenian/Bosnian/Montenegrin/Bulgarian/Macedonian

Other information:
- 100–120 hours per month during the summer period, 90–95 hours per month from September
Required availability:
- 1–2 night shifts per month
- 3–4 weekend days per month
- 2 weekday mornings per week
- Available bonuses in addition to the base wage:
- In the case of outstanding performance and reliability: gross HUF 2,300/hour–gross HUF 2,400/hour
- +30% wage supplement for work performed between 18:00 and 6:00, and +100% wage supplement for work performed on public holidays
- 100–120 hours per month during the summer period, 90–95 hours per month from September
Required availability:
- 1–2 night shifts per month
- 3–4 weekend days per month
- 2 weekday mornings per week
