- Registering visitors and exhibitors
- Providing information to interested attendees
- Giving directions and assisting on site
- Providing administrative support to the organisers

Working hours
Full day: Wednesday, 7:30–19:00; Thursday, 6:45–19:30; Half day: Wednesday, 7:30–13:30; Thursday, 8:45–13:45

- Good communication skills and a friendly, helpful attitude
- Reliability and punctuality
- Well-groomed, polished appearance
- At least 18 years of age
- Active full-time student status (or inactive student status under the age of 25)
