Call Center Operator
Work location
AVALON headquarters, Budapest District 14
Pay
gross HUF 2,150/hour

20-30 hours of work per week

Avalon Car(e) Services Kft. has been operating as a car rental and service company since 1989 and provides mobility around the clock, whenever possible within just 1 hour.
Tasks
- Handling and making calls in Hungarian and English
- Preparing quotes in Hungarian and English
- Responding to email inquiries
- Responding to complaint letters
- Directing drivers during the assigned shift
- Maintaining contact with corporate partners

Working hours
Fixed 12-hour shifts on weekends and at night on weekdays, 8 shifts per month
Requirements
- Active or passive full-time student status for at least 1.5–2 years (up to the age of 25)
- Category B driving licence
- Confident English skills at least at an intermediate level
- Availability to work weekends
