Pay
Base salary: gross HUF 1,860/hour; 30% supplement after 6 p.m.; 100% supplement on public holidays; your pay also increases based on performance and time worked!
Good to know! If you are under 25, since January 2022 you can take home more from your earnings. Read more about the personal income tax exemption here.

Tasks
Baristas are responsible for providing fast and personalized service to guests, preparing high-quality products and keeping the store perfectly clean. As a member of our team, you will have two goals every day: to create the Starbucks Experience for our guests by preparing an excellent drink or sandwich, and to inspire others with a smile.
Working hours
Long-term work opportunity! Flexible scheduling, with a commitment of at least 20–25 hours per week.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- ACTIVE full-time student status or INACTIVE student status under the age of 25
- Excellent communication skills
- Keeping the work environment clean
- A team-player attitude
- Using English when serving guests
- Possession of a health booklet (if you do not have one, we will help you obtain it!)
- Commitment to long-term employment
