AUTOWALLIS IS LOOKING FOR A BILLING SPECIALIST INTERN!

20-30 hours of work per week

-Assisting with the accurate and timely preparation and issuance of customer invoices.
-Supporting the verification of billing data and ensuring compliance with company policies.
-Participating in invoice reconciliation and resolving discrepancies.
-Maintaining and updating billing records in the system.
-Collaborating with other departments, such as Sales, Accounting and Treasury/Finance.
-Supporting month-end closing activities related to billing.
-Assisting in ensuring compliance with tax regulations and internal controls.

Monday to Friday, according to a schedule agreed in advance, during office hours, with a commitment of at least 20 hours per week

We are looking for you if you:
-Have active full-time student status, or inactive student status and are under 25;
-Are currently pursuing or have already obtained a bachelor’s degree (BSc/BA) in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field;
-Can work at least 20 hours per week;
-Are precise and have an analytical mindset;
-Have suitable English communication skills, primarily in writing;
-Have basic accounting knowledge, which is an advantage;
-Have knowledge of MS Excel;
-Are able to work independently and as part of a team.
