HR Training Intern
Work location
Budapest, District XIII, Váci utca
Pay
Gross HUF 2,300/hour

Tasks
Organizing and conducting in-person and online training sessions
Handling the administrative and record-keeping tasks related to training sessions
Supporting the procurement and financial preparation processes related to training sessions
Preparing reports, statistics and summaries
Supporting an organizational development project
Actively contributing to the day-to-day work of the training team

Working hours
Monday to Friday, according to a schedule agreed in advance, with a commitment of at least 32 hours per week
Requirements
You are preferably looking for a one-year internship, but at least six months
Commitment to working at least 32 hours per week
You are studying human resources or another field of business and economics
You will have active full-time student status for at least another year, or passive student status and be under 25
You are a dynamic, resourceful person
You are precise, accurate and characterized by independent, proactive work
You use MS Office programs at least at a user level
